Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available for an additional fee at checkout.
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit and shipped fully insured. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Orders are processed Monday–Friday excluding federal holidays.
For Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, additional shipping charges may apply. International shipping is not currently available.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ceramagio.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for returns — please contact us before purchasing if you have concerns.

Warranty
All products come with the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. For lighting products, we recommend using the bulb type and wattage specified in the product specifications. Damage caused by incorrect installation or use beyond specified parameters is not covered by warranty.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
